We keep moving together

Everyone who works at Connect is a dedicated, motivated, specialist; from clinicians to patient care advisors to functional specialists. We’re wholly committed to being a quality provider and as a private organisation; we aim to be commercially successful too. We strongly believe in innovation that puts patients and employees in the driver's seat.

We want to realise our company vision of being the number one quality provider of MSK in the UK, so more people and organisations can benefit from our fresh approach to delivering clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.

But most importantly, we believe in our people. We work together as a team with a common purpose - join us and you’ll see how much we put into what we do and how we really do support each other.

The rewards with Connect

Training and development

We actively encourage people to develop their career with Connect and make a point of advertising all roles internally and committing to providing opportunities to work in other departments or divisions – it helps us all to develop from within.

In a business like ours that’s growing and evolving there are plenty of opportunities to develop, you’ll have regular one-to-ones and supervision to discuss how to become even better at what you do.

Not only that, we offer financial support for professional study and development, paid time off to attend courses and a whole host of in-service training for clinicians, leadership development for our managers and technical support training for our central support team members.

Training and supervision is better than any other health service provider that I have come across.  My skills are constantly challenged and updated through in-house and external training and development programmes, and showing initiative is encouraged and supported. - Community Services team leader and senior physiotherapist.
